IntegreX Hotline advantage
(1) Because they are reporting to a third-party organization, whistleblowers can report wrongdoing with peace of mind due to greater anonymity than possible with their own company’s hotline.
(2) Even though whistleblowers have anonymity, communications via the IntegreX Hotline can be carried out for investigations and response.
(3) The objectivity of the helpline function is maintained through retaliation checks and monthly reports conducted by a third-party organization. (in line with the Corporate Governance Code)
(4) Auditor Hotlines (in line with the Corporate Governance Code), Supplier Hotlines, and overseas whistleblower report collection services (TSUHO Support Center) are also available.
